Elisabeth Röhm aka Serena Southerlyn - Star of Law and Order
Elisabeth Röhm (born April 28, 1973) is a German-American television actress. She is best known for playing the Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerlyn in the American TV series Law & Order, and as Detective Kate Lockley in the TV series Angel.
