Extreme Weight Loss
Ben lost 110 pounds (50 kg) in one and a half year. He made the decision to lose extra weight on January 1, 2009 when his weight was 358 pounds (162 kg). He began running, swimming and exercising. By September 2010 he ran 1,359 miles (2,187 km) and his weight was already only 248 pounds (112 kg).
